Wow. Someone just sent me this essay -- and it's remarkably similar to what's been occupying my thoughts. (In fact, I wrote something and posted it to substack, hoping to find some discussions on the topic). Is there a way to access to keynote you mentioned?

We have to replace language, not automate it. Language is the achilles heel. Aristotle knew this, now neurobiology tells us. The arbitrary is always deceiving us, that's the function of language.
